The painting is varnished, has great vibrant color, and is in excellent condition. Sized INCLUDING FRAME is 18.5 inches by 14.5 inches wide. The visible portion of the painting itself is 15 inches tall and 11 inches wideExcellent condition. Great color, no damage to painting surface. One little area of tan soil by walking man's foot that should come off easily, doesn't detract from painting. The frame is in good condition, has had some repairs on the reverse but is solid.
