Description: Well listed American Artist from the 1940s Carl Roth Signed with the artist label on the back personalized from the New York Art Association Frame measures approx. 7-3/4 in X 9-3/4 inch original label on the back of the frame What's wrong with it? Painting is in very good condition some minor paint loose and crackling and could use a good cleaning as well the frame has minor nicks, chips, scratches dents, and dings and needs a good cleaning as well.
