Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE ANTIQUE NORTHWOOD VASELINE ART GLASS OPAL CRANBERRY LEAF MOLD TOOTHPICK HOLDER A beautiful piece of early American made art glass in the form of a lovely little toothpick holder. It is a quality piece of blown glass and was made by the Northwood Glass Company, formerly of Martins Ferry, Ohio. It is made in a vaseline or canary colored glass, and has cranberry & opal spatter in the glass, and the pattern is called “Leaf Mold.” I checked, and it does glow a lemon-yellow color under a blacklight. The piece in my photos is the actual item you will receive. This piece has been in my personal collection since 1997. It is in excellent near mint original condition. Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of this item. There is some extremely minor roughness to the inside edge of the top rim, which may be a result of the original factory grinding process on the rim. Otherwise, there are no other chips, flea bites, cracks, hairlines, or repairs to the glass – see my photos. Please keep in mind these photos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see will look 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is. Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos, it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
