Description: Offered here is an antique Morimura pink floral design (cherry blossoms?) footed teacup & saucer, handpainted, with applied gold gilding and marked Nippon. This is a translucent, delicate, and fine hand-painted teacup and saucer, sweetly diminutive, with only tiny production defects in the form of two pencil point-size dots to the saucer and one smaller dot inside the teacup (see photos). Cup is marked "hand painted Nippon", and carries the "M" in wreath logo that came to identify Morimura. There are no cracks, chips, nicks, or dings that seller can see or feel with his fingertips. Cup and saucer date from sometime prior to 1921, so are comfortably 100 years or more old. Please see all 20 photos, each one of which is different.
