Description: Beautiful genuine high quality Argentine creole knife from the 1940's, with a phenomenal LA MOVEDIZA brand blade, one of the first made. It is a hand-forged carbon steel blade, high quality, one of the best made in the country, very sharp and in excellent condition, back with decorative notches, good blade size!!, the handle and sheath completely in german silver, hand-chiseled, with good details in relief, sealed on the hook with the initials PF which corresponds to an old and well-known silversmith's workshop in Buenos Aires called "Platerìa Fierro", all in very good condition as seen in the photos. These blades are highly sought after by collectors of Argentine creole knives, because they are very rare, being the first from the largest factory in the country, and because they are of high quality, hand-forged. Total measurements in its sheath: 37 cm ( 14.8in). Knife: 32 cm ( 12.8in). Blade: 23 cm ( 9.2in) x 3.9cm maximum width and 0.5 cm maximum thickness.
