It stands 3-1/2" high to the top of the rim. The bowl originated from Japan and dates to the turn of the 20th century. The interior of the bowl is decorated with a floral filled handled basket. It is in absolutely beautiful estate condition with NO chips, NO repairs and NO restorations. The rich imari palette, fluted shape of the bowl and scalloped rim all make this a wonderful antique Japanese porcelain imari bowl and it would make a great addition to any collection.
