Description: Old, Jointed Wooden INGERSOLL RAND shipping box with slide Lid. Ingersoll graphics on both long sides, cannot make out "Serial NO on the end. Lid is mortised and slides easily in grooves, without binding. On lid is remains of paper label indicating the recipient of the pneumatic tool was THE HOOVER CO in North Canton, Ohio. SIZE: TOTAL: Approx 13" long, 8 1/8" wide and 4 1/8" high. All measurements to the best of my ability to measure. CONDITION: Box is in good, old condition, with some missing area of paper label. Expected age & use wear, and AS SHOWN IN PIX, so please view all photos. This old Ingersoll-Rand Box is a fabulous piece of Americana.
