Description: This Howard Cutlery Whittler was most likely sold by the C. B. Barker Co., a New York City cutlery jobber and importer doing business between 1880 and 1905. We believe this knife was made by Canasta Cutlery in Canasta, New York prior to 1897. Please see the detailed condition report and photos. Please see item photos and condition report. They may have salvageable parts, be a tool with broken or missing parts, or something we think may be of interest to other collectors. A rare pocket knife with broken blades may fall into this category. Or we may label it as collectable. This said, all item descriptions are based upon visual inspection only.
