Description: This is a spectacular, rare and much harder to find antique Circa 1880's Hobbs Blue Coin Dot/windows Ribbed Spiral Pattern Artistic Fancy glass vase? It is in Fabulous condition for its age. (PLEASE VIEW MY PHOTO'S ). It has the highly desired deep rich carribean sea blue coloring; Blue opalescent, I believe. The piece has ribbed spirals along with dots that look like windows when you look through the side, which adds wonderful dimension to the bowl. It does not have chips, cracks or repairs but does have some minor roughness to the rim. The opening is unusual; it is ovoid, not round. It is quite stunning and I do hate to part with it. It is unsigned which is appropriate for this early EAPG glass. It measures approx.: 3.25 " X 4.5 " It will certainly compliment any fine early Victorian EAPG colored art glass collection. It displays with tremendous nostalgia and antique Hobbs art glass Charm. I am sure whomever the intended recipient is, will be quite pleased to own and display it.
