Description: The base is definitely manufactured by Handel and it’s the Oriental peonies design. The shade is more modern and believed to be made by the Northeastern Lamp and Metal Co. I can’t tell you much about the shade but I did bring it to a Stained glass shop to have a small repair done to the lower edge. They commented on the quality of the soldering and the cutting of the glass. Glass was cut so well that they didn’t need to grind the edges. Base has original sockets and acorn pulls. Rewired at some point in its lifetime and it’s still in good shape even though it’s older.
