Description: Offering this antique 19th century, China head doll with transitional hairstyle. 19th century German porcelain doll with Excelsior filled body that looks to have been recovered with a wonderful antique floral fabric. Original porcelain early arms with cupped hands, and original porcelain legs with ribbon detail. One hand has a flake as shown, and her left leg has a repair.. Around her arm is a brass tiny bell bracelet found with the doll. She has a transitional hairstyle and she dates to around 1870… Her eyes are blue with one stroke eyebrows rosie cheeks with a pouty lip.
