I do not see a signature and the needlepoint is housed in an antique tiered wood frame that is in poor condition protected behind glass. The dimensions are: Frame: 20.5 inches wide, 19.25 inches tall and 1.25 inches deep. Needlepoint: 15.0 inches wide and 14.5 inches tall.
