Description: Vintage Victorian era antique dress This has so many details and a couple layers , it looks like some of this dress was done with a machine and some by hand Someone modified it and added a cotton netting material to the underarms possibly to make it larger/ wearable - they added Velcro to the back and cuffs. It’s an interesting piece - I was thinking someone made it into a costume because of the Velcro There are some holes and stains Approximate measurements- Pit to pit- 16 inches across the front Waist- 14 inches across the front Hips/ free Top of Shoulder to hem- 51 inches Top of shoulder to cuff- 23.5 inches
