A lovely quality, steel ice or sugar cleaver. The handle is well made, from a combination of a wood and brass. The piece is is in Very ood condition, with just very slight pitting to the blade. Comfortable weight for the hand - 500 grams (1 lb) ! Blade thickness - 6 mm. A great addition to your collection!
