Description: An Antique Ceremonial Sword and Scabbard from North Africa traditionally used by the Berber or Berbere tribe known as Kabyles. Steel blade with African Hardwood Handle and Scabbard, beautifully carved. It is missing the 2 brass bands around the Scabbard and also the brass tip on the scabbard. The blade is traditionally engraved and has not been sharpened. The Hilt and Scabbard have inlaid wirework details. It's in its original condition as received.
