Description: Large, Hard-sided Antique Trunk. Appears to be leather or canvas covered, with possibly beech wood strapping. Leather handles and Brass Hardware. Center lock works, but haven’t tried the two side buckles which are open. Vintage Overseas Travel Trunk is nicely lined in green fabric, with canvas straps. Clean inside. Outside patina consistent with age. See note. Possibly from Europe, c. 1930, according to our research. This XL Steampunk Travel Trunk makes a unique shop display, or functional home furnishing piece with plenty of storage. Note: trunk shows overall wear and age which enhances vintage quality. However part of one side is spotted, discolored and shows signs of water damage. No musty old trunk smell, tho. There are a few scratches & dings. All flaws visible in photos.
