Late 19th century era. Most likely made in France. Large glass faceted stones and paste stones. The crown is 5 " high and 8" X 7" in diameter. This Crown Fits a regular size adult head. Leather band and silk lining is deteriorating and in need of some restoration. The velvet top has no rips or tears but does shows some display and age wear. Brass band and pinnacles have some flexibility so you can shape it as you wish, See pics.
