Description: Antique 1930s Starrett Inside Micrometer Set No. 124A - 2"-8" With Box. Classic LS Starrett 124A Inside Micrometer Set from the 1930's in the original leatherette covered wooden box. Beautifully made and still working great - smooth and easy to read. With 5 of the original 6 solid measuring rods, missing the 2-3" rod.. Has the 3-4 inch, 4-5 inch, 5-6 inch, 6-7 inch and 7-8 inch. Replacement rods are still available from Starrett. Nice condition, mostly in original polished finish. The 5-6 inch rod has some very light surface oxidation, easily removed if desired, left to buyer.
