Description: Dusky slate blue dress from Antica Sartoria is made of ornate cotton guipre lace. It is see through -- no lining. With an underslip -- it would make a dramatic cocktail dress. Or throw over a swimsuit for a very elegant poolside coverup. The inside tag for cleaning instructions and fabric is missing. Shape is slight A-line flaring out from the bustline. Chest and waist are 19" across, hips are 21" across and bottom is about 27" across. Shoulders are 17". The neckline is edged with fringe all the way around. The front neckline is scooped with a v-shaped dip. There are 11" deep vents on each side of the dress that are heavily edged in fringe and extend slightly lower than the scalloped bottom. The fringed vents make a nice swishy movement when walking or dancing. Condition is very good. I did not find any holes where the lace has been disconnected nor stains. Size is marked TU (one size fits all) however please see the measurements in the photos. The cut of this dress definitely does not "fit all". I'd say it is closer to the smaller side of a size Medium. No closure -- you slip it on over the head.
