It does have two small dark stains on the front skirt see pictures. Less than 1 in area. Front attached cape which has been sewn down. This appears to be a poly cotton blend and has NO stretch. Measurements approximate are as follows. These are taken with the dress lying flat and measured across times two. Underarm to underarm. 42" Waist seam 30-36" Hip about 8" down from waist 44" Length from back neck to waist 17" Length from waist to hem 31" Please measure your best fitting dress to get accurate fitting. Do keep in mind that this is a dress made at home by a non-professional seamstress for another woman and her measurements. Amish Mennonite dresses are known for being feminine but very modest and comfortable as well as usable for any situation during your day. They wear very well and often do not need to be ironed.
