There is a "Polk City, Iowa" notation on the title page, and several markings on the inside page, as may be seen in the photos! Please see photos! This book was part of an incredible estate sale of a home in the Midwest that was built at the end of the Civil War. The home's library contained HUNDREDS of rare and collectible antiquarian books that I will be listing over the next several months.
