Description: A superb 1/72 model of the Bristol Belvedere Type 192 HC Mk1 XG449, of RAF 66 Sqn. RAF Seletar, Singapore, 1969.The Bristol Type 192 Belvedere was a British twin-engine, tandem rotor military helicopter built by the Bristol Aeroplane Company. It was designed for a variety of transport roles including troop transport, supply dropping and casualty evacuation. It was operated by the Royal Air Force (RAF) from 1961 to 1969.The model is from the Altaya "Combat Helicopters" collection, & comes with a display stand.Please note: The rotor hubs & blades are supplied separately in the packaging, & need to be fitted by the purchaser. It measures 8 3/4" (223mm) in length & has a rotor span of just over 8 3/4" (224mm).It is presented in a vac-form "sandwich" blister pack & is new, mint & sealed.
