Very Nice Alf Jarnestad signed hand decorated bowl with a rare geometrical leaf decoration in blue on a white background. The bowl is hand made in the Gustavsberg pottery from Stig Lindberg’s design studio, giving it a unique touch. Stig Lindberg (1916-1982) is one of the most renowned designers of Swedish ceramic art of the 20th century. He is well-known for his constant creativity and exceptional eye for shapes, proportions and patterns. Lindberg is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design. This measures 2 1/8" High x 8 1/8" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this bowl. Be sure to scroll down, look left.
