SHOP AND COMPARE - ANOTHER COPY OF THIS BOOK IS LISTED FOR SALE WITH OVERSEAS SHIPPING FOR $292 - SEE EBAY 116188796891 Book has one creased page corner & one torn page corner (probably used as a bookmark at one point) & tiny bur hole affecting just a few pages at about book midpoint to right side page edge (hole does not penetrate to any text), hint of rubbing wear to page block corners, no former ownership markings or used bookstore stamps inside, no foxing to pages or endpapers, slight dust soiling/age darkening to outer page edges (no foxing), small and faint moisture line outline mark to right outer edge to ffe otherwise clean endpapers with no soiling or staining, no splitting to internal hinges (common defect with these early Dodd Mead books), no spine lean, no wear to board edges or board corners, almost no wear to spine tips, no spine sun darkening, just a hint of rubbing to spine lettering, no rubbing to front panel art/lettering, no handling/dust soiling to boards, no soiling or discoloration to boards, no bumped board corners. Book also comes with a color facsimile of the Dodd Mead Dust jacket to provide protection from damage and to improve its appearance on a shelf. Overall a FINE- book of a very rare 1920s era Agatha Christie 1st printing. Occasionally (about 25% of the time) a package will get scanned at the Federal Way, WA transfer station, but in the vast majority of the cases the delivery confirmation won't show anything until basically the day before you get the package.
