Born in Langley, Macclesfield, England, his early years spent on a farm in nearby Sutton, as a young boy he attended Sutton St. James’ C.E. Primary School and he went on to win a scholarship to the Royal College of Art in London. He spent most of his working life on the Isle of Anglesey. A reproduction engraving which is bright and unfaded in black ink. The image printed on a wove paper sheet size 20 cm. x 25 cm. (8 x 10 ins.)
