Topstitched and attaches at the back of the neck with velcro for easy on/off. Made of 100% cotton fabric - double thickness - in a smoke free home and is machine washable. The fabric has tropical fish such a Clown Fish, Yellow Tangs, Angel Fish and other varieties along with some Sharks covering the entire bib.
