If you would like the shaft to be tipped, please specify the tipping amount in the comments when you place your order. GripAll shafts will have a standard size Tour Velvet grip installed. If you do not want a grip installed or want a different grip, please specify in the comments when you place your order. Additional charges may apply depending on the grip selection. Adaptor OrientationStandard adaptor installation is with the shaft logo down in the standard loft setting on the adaptor tip. If you prefer an alternate orientation, please specify in the comments. Returns/CancellationsAs this is a custom built shaft, no returns will be accepted unless the item received is not what was specified during the ordering process. Additionally, once we start building the shaft, we cannot accept cancellations. Therefore, we will only accept a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering.
