It isn't the common Fr 147, but an earlier Fr 133 with the large round red seal. It is Very FIne which would be perfect for the Friedberg number collector. If you just want the design type, there are much easier notes to get. This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 25. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS. This is a rare note. There are only 28 of this signature combination known to exist!
