Any casting warpage is now eliminated, removing crossleaks and manufacturing burrs that resulted in clutch distress and shift complaints. A new separator plate is also installed, along with gaskets, to seal the critical surfaces between the valve body and channel casting.Oversized valves are installed to restore hydraulic pressures and eliminate shift complaints, trouble codes, converter concerns and stop-and-go traffic clutch distress. To guarantee the highest level of operational performance, this remanufactured valve body is tested on state-of-the art equipment to verify that pressures match OE specification.
