This is a reprint of a very rare, model specific issue from GM, with a November 69 printing. It is much easier to read than multi model catalogs and is way more in depth for the Corvette. This is a very desirable catalog because the older models are covered very well and because of the November printing the 1969's are completely covered. Later catalogs loose much of this information. The original of this catalog would have have been used by your GM dealer, when your car was new, but there are very few originals left....so this is a reprint for you. There is more data directly dedicated to the Corvette for a correct restoration other than part numbers here as well. The original catalog had very few illustrations with only 623 pages but this now has 944 pages. Most of the good illustrations came out after the October/November printings of this catalog.....please read on. NEW- This catalog is more comprehensive than the original printing. I've added more illustrations from factory 57, 64, 68, 69, 70 and 71 printing GM PARTS CATALOGS. Seems every catalog has it's own variety of illustrations but I've been scrounging and combined them into this one. Some illustrations are introduced well after the model year while others are dropped. Illustrations are not date sensitive. NEW - Delco Remy electrical section now included from a July 1969 printings. Most GM parts books do not use the Delco numbers but these parts are 100% correct for a proper restoration. These Master catalogs do use some Delco numbers but now with this supplement you will be assured of the rest. NEW - Now includes the 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 Dealer Accessories Catalogs. Over the counter and dealer installed accessories are never part of the larger Master Parts Catalogs. Each catalog is approximately 20 pages. These parts are 100% correct for a concourse restoration. NEW - Just included the Corvette section from the rare Delco Automotive Motors catalog. Covers Headlamp actuator, Headlamp washer, Heater, Wiper, Windows, Washer pump...etc. These numbers are the ones found on the motors not the part numbers found in the parts books(great for swap meet picking). Even though this section was found in a 76 printing the original numbers are shown. This Delco (electric)Motors catalog was for use in a rebuild shop. Nice addition. NEW - Rare GM Heavy Duty Operations parts supplement for the 67- 69 GM cars. These were the over the counter parts they used to assemble dealer modified cars as Yenko and Berger. Just to mention a few of the parts...head lamp shield, rear sway bars, all gears, off road cams, gear drives, 302, 396, 427, ZL-1, L-88, transistorized ign, 4WDB...etc... NEW - Now includes a GM Standard Parts supplement from a July 69 printing. In this section you get information on the bolts and hardware used in the car. Info would consist of bolt head design, length, diameter and plating(cad, zinc,phos..) Also, the hardware is covered with plating type and illustrations. Usually sections 8.800 - 8.991. NEW - Also added is the AC Delco TBA Parts for the Corvettes with a July 72 printing. These cover Ignition tune-up parts, Plugs, Generators, Alternates, Switches, Batteries, Cables, Ign Wires, Thermostats, Oil Seals, Shocks and Bearing. Again these AC Delco numbers were used by jobbers and are not found in the GM parts catalogs we all use. This makes parts hunting easier. NEW - GM Delco Hydraulic Brake Parts section for the Corvette. These numbers are much harder to find than the Chevrolet part numbers but they are the same part, just sold through jobbers. This rare insertion is from a Jan 73 printing. Includes, Pads, Rotors, Drums, Caliper, Caliper Housing Halves, Kits, Wheel Cly, Hoses, Master Cly and Parking Brakes Parts. ............ You will never find a more comprehensive parts catalog for correctly dated parts than this. Best coverage is for the 58-69 but still has good coverage for the 53-57. The value is all in the printing date and extra additions from my vast collection. With this being a vehicle specific catalog it is much easier to read than multi model (fullsize, trucks, corvette) GM Parts Catalogs.
