Some have borderline full steps or 4 full steps, see pics. I looked at 800 nickels and rolled them into 4 batches of 200 nickels and left 3200 unsearched. You get 400 gem nickels including 200 searched for Full Steps in 5 rolls which seemed to have fewer than 5 Full Steps, Plus 200 truly unsearched. I obtained the unopened and sealed Bank Bag about 20 years ago and kept it pristine until opening it 4 months ago. All the nickels are pristine, bright, near gem or gem, no toning, no wear, some have a few micro bag marks but not much at all. If any qualify for full steps then they are worth much more than face value.
