Not only is this bit absolutely stunning, the condition of it really sets it aside from most. Its literally pristine, with hardly any signs of use at all. From a life long collector, this one is ready to ride or add to your collection. Has a non-standard mouth size at 4 11/16", this one is perfect for a slightly smaller horse, think Morgan or Arab. Fixed cheek/mullen mouth with a lower port, with center large roller. S style shanks with a large concho on the side, full of sterling that has incredible engraving work. Sterling is even mounted on the bit stabilizer and rein ring buttons. Port measures 1 3/8", shanks measure 7". This is quite a weighty bit, will brilliant balance and feel. Has a few minor/faint marks from storage and use, a bit of natural patina on the silver, but we are being picky at this point. There aren't many on the market in this condition.
