Description: These ash-tray style cup holders are designed for seamless integration into the center console of third-gen Chevrolet Camaro models (automatic transmissions only) from 1982 to 1992. Fitment is flush with the surface of the rest of the console. Important: This item requires careful cutting and removal of the existing ashtray section of center console shifter plate. Also required is the trimming of the hidden plastic inner flange of the console by about a quarter inch to make room for the two cup sleeves. Recommended cutting tool is a Dremel rotary tool with a cut-off wheel at low speed. Instructions for cutting are included.For center consoles with automatic transmissions only. This does not fit manual transmission consoles. NOTE: The left side cup holder is slightly shorter than the right to provide clearance for the automatic transmission linkage on the left.
