Rigid polypropylene fiber construction, which helps capture and retain sediment from your water and prevent particle release that can result from system flow upsets. The grooved surface increases total surface area for longer cartridge life as compared to 3M non-grooved surface cartridges. With these features, the AP810 is a great choice in water filtration and is ideal for larger homes with at least 2.5 bathrooms. To maximize system performance and efficiency, regularly scheduled maintenance including replacement of the cartridge every 6 months or sooner if a reduction in water flow occurs is required. The unique process allows the cartridge to effectively reduce sediment while providing a high flow rate. The cartridge lasts up to six months before cartridge is manufactured by 3M Purification Inc.
