Description: Frustrated with my Tunze 9001 skimmer and my small rimmed tank and unable to adjust the height of the skimmer to properly skim without it flopping over sideways because of the single magnet, by raising it too high. After of course figuring out how to get past the plastic rimmed tank.. I devised this holder that will hang on a rimmed tank and allow the skimmer to be elevated enough to skim better without just pulling out gallons of thin yellow tank water out. In it's lowest setting the top edge where the cup attaches is about level with the inside rim of the tank. - The upper bracket keeps the skimmer from falling over sideways. - The lower bracket is adjustable for height and acts to keep the whole assembly from tipping forward by taking up the space between the lip of the plastic rim and the inside glass surface. - The lower bracket is notched to work with the motor attached sideways and allow space for the power cord. - Designed to work with the magnet removed but skimmer will fit with the magnet in place. - Parts disassemble for cleaning and storage. - Printed in saltwater reef safe blue ABS plastic.
