Description: Sc73 is a 1942 issue stamp overprinted in 1945 towards the end of WWII I believe this is from a town called "Jicin" #3920 is Unused, fully gummed, and is lightly hinged. Every item I offer is guaranteed by me to be authentic. When the small towns of Czechoslovakia were liberated in the spring of 1945, The local postmaster would mark a stamp with a "Local" overprint so the stamp could still be used as postage. At least until the local government (Czechoslovakia) was up and running and able to produce it's own current postage. EVERY ITEM I OFFER IS 100% GUARANTEED.
