The year 2000 stamps were created with strong adhesive directly on top of another stamp like a roll of tape. Unless extremely careful, the ink and paper could be pulled from the face of the bottom stamp damaging it. We have gone to great care to ensure that this did not happen here. Since stamps were not issued with backing paper, a generic Avery liner has carefully been applied. It preserves the quality of the stamps. Thirty-Three cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 10, 1999, until Jan. 7, 2001. The se-tenant stamps have been properly prepared from linerless coil rolls of 100. At TBR Stamps we use stock images. The actual stamps may be different from this display; however, we guarantee that they will be comparable or better condition or fully refunded. The logos are watermarked into the images to protect our intellectual property. They are not printed on the actual stamps. The black background display mount is not included. For pane singles the straight edge position may vary. For se-tenant blocks/strips the position order will always be exactly as pictured. Scott order. We always ship sets of stamps in this order (left to right) as pictured and/or stacked (top to bottom). Stamps, especially coils may have a natural curl. Gummed sheet stamps will often have gum breaker ridges. Self-adhesives will have straight even cuts and margins edges. We consider the liner as a part of any self-adhesive stamp. We never ship short cut, crooked cut, or damaged backing paper. Purchasing at TBR STAMPS is self-service. If you need help, please feel free to contact us for an invoice. We would rather work things out but reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at any time. Stamp collectors as a whole are very honest people. A few bad apples attempt to manipulate the system for personal gain or other reasons. Those parties are blocked. We sincerely hope that a block is not necessary, but politely ask blocked bidders not to contact us.
