Description: Penn Antique Restoration Penn Antique Restoration Penn Antique Restoration 32"x79"x1.75" Antique Exterior Door 1 Window w/ Glass Grand, antique, exterior door salvaged from an old home in Southeastern, PA. The door has a solid Douglas fir core covered in a 1/8" thick Oak veneer. The door is stained on both sides. The door has a single window with thick, old, beveled glass. On the front side the glass is surrounded by carved, decorative molding. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of hardware to outfit it (check out our store).* If you would like the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please email us for a quote. Uneven Height: The height of the door was unevenly cut by 1/4". The cut was most likely made to compensate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the door to an even height or width, build it up to be taller/wider, or even cut it to be narrower/shorter--message us for a quote.Condition: Considering the door is well over 100 years old, it is strong, sturdy and in great condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no breaks, cracks, gouges or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks". The glass is also intact and in great shape with only subtle scratches Swing: The door is set up to swing into a room towards the right or away from the room towards the left. We can change the swing--message us for a quote.Modification: We could also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs.
