Stapled paper magazines published by NOAA National Climatic Data Center listing National Weather Service storm reports for each month and supplemented by illustrated reports by Dr. Ted Fujita and Duane Stiegler of The University of Chicago. The January issue has 13 pages of damage photos and a map of the Allendale IL tornado of January 7, 1989 (see sample photo). The September issue has 17 pages of damage photos and illustrations from Hurricane Hugo of September 10-22, 1989, especially in SC (see sample photo). The November issue has 12 pages of damage photos and other illustrations of the Huntsville AL tornado of November 15, 1989 (see sample photo). These issues were owned by Dr. Greg Forbes, now-retired Severe Weather Expert on The Weather Channel when he was on the Penn State faculty; his mailing label on the back of each issue.
