I do my best to describe and photograph any flaws, but I am only human and sometimes make mistakes. Ordinarily, I do not offer returns, but would make an exception in the case of a genuine error in the listing.    2. Clothes are shown both on and off the mannequin to give a better idea of the cut of the garment. I try to show front and back views, details, trimmings, fastenings etc. I try to represent the colour accurately in photos, but do bear in mind that colours appear differently on different screens. Label size should be used as a guideline only. Actual measurements are given in the listing so that you can get a better indication of the true size of the garment. Please do make use of these before committing to purchase as I do not offer returns for items that do not fit or any other "buyer remorse" reasons.    3. Domestic postage is through eBay delivery and charges are at cost. Packing materials are completely free of charge. International postage is handled through eBay's Global Shipping Service. All tracking details will automatically be uploaded.   4. If you are not able to complete your payment promptly, it would be very helpful if you could let me know. When items are not paid and no contact is made, I will always open a non-payment case before re-listing, as this is the only way for me to reclaim the fees.   5. I do not post every day, but if you are in a hurry please let me know as it is sometimes possible to speed things up.   6.
