Returns/wrong address given: If this item has free shipping, its free to ship to you, but if you change your mind, or order the wrong part and want to return, you will be charged the return shipping and the shipping to you. Otherwise, we take a loss on the product due to your error. If you provide an address that the shipper is unable to deliver to you, and the item gets sent back to us and we have to reship, you must pay the shipping since at that point we would have paid the shipping twice. Order Cancelations: We have staff shipping products 24x7 here. We pack and load the packages into a truck at our dock. That said, usually an order is shipped within 3-5 minutes of when you place it. Once an order is made, canceling it is not possible, as by the time customer service reads the email the package is likley allready deep inside the truck behind hundreds of other packages. Note that your shipping notification happens WHEN THE TRUCK IS PICKED UP FROM OUR DOCK. So, if you order on a friday night, you may not see a shipping notification till monday, even though its allready been shipped. This is because UPS/USPS only do pickups Mon-Fri, and not on the weekends.
