These beautiful, expressive, and vivid looking birds were hand carved in one solid piece of Brazilian semi-precious of Brazilian blue quartz, except for their long tails and beaks. Their tail were also carved in blue quartz. These birds were specially carved with extreme details, which are shown on their feathers, wings, and vivid perched positions. They also have vivid expressive eyes. The artist is a Brazilian native of Minas Gerais state. Both birds are detached from the base for easy packing and shipping.
