Shipping is free on select items & tracking is included for all items. TCG singles will be mailed in plain white envelopes (PWE) if they are less than $20. A bubble mailer envelope will be used to send out any TCG singles costing more than $20. Returns - All new and sealed items are always eligible for returns, but only within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened and in its original sealed condition. Trading card returns are not accepted. Your order details - At checkout there is a section to provide us with any comments you have about your order to make us aware when fulfilling. For example if you purchase 6 booster boxes and want them shipped in the manufacturer's case that 6 boxes come in, you may request it here. Any related notations can be made here.Requests that can increase the cost of your shipment, such as double boxing or upgraded delivery, should be made prior to the purchase. Your purchases are transported in a cardboard box for protection; any dents or flaws in the box itself do not indicate that your items have been damaged. This also applies to case boxes.
