There is no toning on any of these coins, I have looked them over. All are nice and bright Silver Cameos. All cases are nice and clean, very limited scratches or marks. Item will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. All items come with USPS tracking. Shipping is $12.00 and includes Insurance. Since these are insured you will more than likely have to sign for them and may have to pick them up. I will accept returns for this item if you are not satisfied, but you must return all 10 sets.
