This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the parts only and does not cover any labor. In the event of a part failure, the part will be replaced with a similar like, kind, and quality part. If a part is not available a refund will be made in the amount of the original part price. Warranty is Null and Void if: 1. The vehicle is used for off-road or racing use. 2. The part is installed in an application for which the vehicle manufacturer did not intend for the vehicle. 3. Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications. 4. The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision, fire, theft, vandalism, or any form of disaster. 5. The part is sold as indicated on the front of the invoice. 6. The vehicle is not serviced at proper intervals, or fuel/oil/coolant is not used in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers specifications. 7. The engine oil and filter are not replaced and documented every 3000 miles with appropriate OEM recommended motor oil. (Must be documented). 8. The transmission fluid and filter are not replaced at time of installation with OEM recommended transmission fluid. (Must be documented). 9. Warranty is void if the heat tab(s) are removed or melted. 10. Warranty is void without original receipt. Terms and Conditions. 11.
