It's missing it's original "hook and loop" closure strip that you would stick on, but I have cut a new adhesive backed piece that will be included with this! See last 2 pics! The ends of the belts each have 2 small holes where a tagging barb was put through the material at the factory (see pics 7 & 9). The belts during this period all came this way from the factory. I think it was part of how they were held in the packaging originally (no packaging included).
