Description: For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Never Inked Aurora Dante Inferno Limited Edition 481/1265 Fountain Pen fitted with an 18K Medium Nib. This fountain pen has never been inked and comes with original boxes and limited edition Aurora literature. This Aurora Dante Inferno Fountain Pen is a Limited Edition #481 of 1265 that comes with the original boxes and literature. The cap and barrel are in perfect condition with no cracks, nicks, scratches, or repairs. The cap is always securing tightly to the barrel. The limited edition number, 0481, is stamped into the upper cap banding, as photographed in the listing images. The Fountain Pen measures 5 1/4" capped and 6 1/2" posted. This fountain pen is crafted from black resin and features gold plated trim. The Inferno model is elegant, and mysterious, speaking of the depth of hell. A red resin ring divides the barrel from the end knob, this is a unique feature only in this fountain pen - there are 3 pens in this series, and have different colors for each of the 3 pens. The trim details are engraved with a leaf motif, cap finial features a portrait engraving of Dante Alighieri. Proudly made in Italy, the fountain pen comes with "Italia" engraved on the edge of the cap finial and the "Italian Tricolore" flag in enamel - located on the barrel ring. This Aurora Fountain Pen is in "like new" condition as it has never been inked. Comes in the original Aurora boxes with an Aurora instruction/literature booklet. There is no ink bottle - one would have come with the pen. The nib is marked 18K/750 Aurora and has a medium point measuring .81mm when using digital calipers. I have not ink-tested or even dip-tested this fountain pen to make sure this fountain pen is absolutely in MINT condition for the new owner.
