The headlight has what appears to be debris inside the lens, possible due to condensation and dust entering while bulb cover was missing. It now has a rear bulb cover. Both upper tabs were repaired. Internal wiring inside the headlight is fine. Otherwise the headlight is in good working condition and work as it should. Ballasts and bulbs are tested and included.
