2009 Rans V3 Steel Frameset

Description: This is a 2009 steel V3, the last year of their production. I purchased it new old stock approximately 6 years ago. It was my occasional bike and the one I thought I'd keep but life has a way and my aging joints now need a low bottom bracket and an upright seating position. Very nice frame and surprisingly light. It only came in one size that year but fits a good range. I have a 44.5 x-seam and the picture shows where the seat bracket sits to give an idea of range. Frame and fork will accept 26" or 650 wheels, disc or v-brake. The Rans seat bracket was modified so that one pair of bolts works with Rans seats and the other pair with Bacchetta. This offer includes the frame, fork, steer tube, handlebars, kick stand and TerraCycle idler, Rans seat position retention clamp. The fork is threaded (works quite well with this type of steering assembly) and has a treadless adapter stem. The included beer can shim makes for a snugger fit between the adapter and the riser. Wheelset not included---- but could be for an additional $100. I will change the buy it now price to $400. They are custom built White Industries hubs, 32 hole with Velocity Aerohead (the current Dyad) rims, rim brake. I do have other parts that could be included for additional cost (like some Paul cantilever brakes for the front).
