All cards are visually inspected upon being pulled, when being scanned and finally once again prior to being shipped to ensure no defects were overlooked. Up to 4 cards that total $20 or less in value are shipped via eBay Standard Envelope. Any combination of cards that total exceeds $20 are shipped via USPS 1st Class package in a bubble mailer. Items are shipped within the time frame noted in listing after receipt of payment. Please keep in mind that due to the ever increasing cost of postage some of my items that fall into the lesser expensive range $4 and less, I do not have the flexibility that I have with cards that are priced higher.
